I HAVE LOST MY LITTLE HEX WRENCH USED TO ADJUST/REPLACE THE CABLE. WHERE MAY I FIND ONE?

If you have a past generation GEN 2.0 Speed Rope, (aka: J Hook) the hex wrench is .05 inch. Due to its small size, it is difficult to find at most hardware stores. Shoot us an email and we will hook you up! If you have a current model Loop Bearing Speed Rope you will need a 2mm hex wrench. It is easier to find, however, please contact us if you would like us to send you one.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT JUMP ROPES FOR SALE ON THE SITE?

Unless stated otherwise on the website (special editions or releases), we offer only one type of speed rope, the Loop Bearing Speed Rope. The different models you see offered on our website differ only by color scheme. We previously offered the GEN 2.0 Speed Rope (aka: J Hook). Although our current Loop Bearing design is preferred by a greater number of users, some people still swear by past generation ropes. If you would like a past generation rope of any type, please contact us and we will likely be able to accommodate you!

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE TO EUROPE?

Generally, it takes 10-14 days for a shipment to arrive at its destination, but many times is sooner.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY JUMP ROPE?

Please contact us by email and we will get back with you asap. Generally, we can send you parts and get you back up and jumping. Occasionally, we will need you to ship your rope back to us so we can fix it or, in some cases, replace your jump rope.

WHAT TOOLS WILL I NEED TO ADJUST THE CABLE LENGTH?

All tools and instructions included. Below are instructions for our prior generation GEN 2.0 Speed Rope (aka: J Hook) (top) and our current Loop Bearing Speed Rope (Bottom). Also, below find an instructional video for adjusting/replacing your Loop Bearing Speed Rope cable. Please note that at checkout you may opt for a FITTED length or an OPEN end for those who prefer to set the length themselves. OPEN ended ropes may require that the user clip excess cable after adjustment.

IF THE ROPE IS FULLY ADJUSTABLE, WHY IS IT NECESSARY TO PROVIDE YOU WITH MY HEIGHT?

We use your height in order to provide you with a cable that fits your general height range or in the event you choose a FITTED length we fit your rope to the standard length for your height.
